Venezuela's Maduro says lawmakers will return to congress on Tuesday

Venezuelan pro-government lawmakers will return on Tuesday to the opposition-controlled congress after a two-year absence, President Nicolas Maduro said on Monday, while maintaining that the institution was still illegal.
