Taiwan 'immediately' congratulated Brazil's president-elect

Taiwan offered "immediate" congratulations to Brazilian President-elect Jair Bolsonaro, Taiwan's Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday, as a Chinese newspaper warned him not to cultivate ties with the island Beijing claims as its own.
