U.S. says China destabilizing Indo-Pacific: Pentagon chief

The United States says China is destabilizing the Indo-Pacific, U.S. Defense Secretary Mark Esper said on Sunday, charging Beijing with predatory economics, intellectual property theft and "weaponizing the global commons".
